A BRISTOL BOROUGH BUSINESSMAN CHARGED WITH DUMPING HAZARDOUS MATERIALS IN SILVER LAKE PARK LAST YEAR WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY YESTERDAY IN BUCKS COUNTY COURT: The verdict came after a three-day trial in which he was accused of four counts of violating the state's Solid Waste Management Act. He had faced five to 10 years in jail and a $25,000 fine if convicted. His attorney, Richard Fink, said that the investigation of the dumping was poor, and that the state's witnesses … were not credible.
