STUDENT FOUND NOT GUILTY OF DISORDERLY CONDUCT A Harry S Truman High School senior was found not guilty of disorderly conduct Monday in connection with his run across the school football field while dressed up as a cow during a game timeout. Had he been found guilty, he faced a $300 fine and 90 days in jail, said his attorney, Richard Fink. He has filed a criminal complaint against the staff member who tackled him from behind, Fink said. The District Attorney's Office is investigating the claim.
